Terms and conditions

Paid work is with Poplin Digital Solutions, trading as Poplin Digital, and is agreed in writing before it starts. A custom website starts at RM 3,000, or can be paid as RM 300 a month on a 12-month agreement (RM 3,600). That monthly agreement has a minimum of 12 months and is not refundable. Social media starts at RM 1,000 a month. Website hosting is RM 150 a month. Email hosting is RM 60 a month per domain, or RM 30 a month when it is taken with website hosting. SEO initialisation on an existing website is RM 1,500, paid once. SEO maintenance is RM 800 a month for Basic, or RM 2,000 a month for Plus. Plus includes two SEO articles a month and contact with directories.

Appointment forms, booking forms, and payment gateways are scoped and priced with the website project. They are not an open monthly menu. Monthly hosting, email, social media, and SEO maintenance are billed in advance.

Cancellation and refunds follow the refund policy. Questions go to hello@poplin.digital.
