Refund policy

This policy is issued by Poplin Digital Solutions, trading as Poplin Digital. Paid work is agreed in writing before it starts. Refund requests go to hello@poplin.digital.

Before work starts

If you cancel before any paid work has started, and nothing has been delivered, the amount paid for that unstarted work is refunded. This does not apply to the RM 300 a month website agreement.

Websites

A custom website paid once starts at RM 3,000. Work already carried out on that project is not refunded.

The RM 300 a month option is a 12-month agreement, RM 3,600 in total. The term has a minimum of 12 months and is not refundable.

Monthly services

Website hosting (RM 150 a month), email hosting (RM 60 a month per domain, or RM 30 a month with website hosting), social media (from RM 1,000 a month), and SEO maintenance (Basic at RM 800 a month, or Plus at RM 2,000 a month) are billed in advance. A month that has already started is not refunded. You can end the service before the next month begins. SEO initialisation is RM 1,500, paid once. Work already carried out on that setup is not refunded.

How a refund is paid

An agreed refund is returned by the original payment method. Write to hello@poplin.digital with the organisation name, what was paid, and the date.
