This policy is issued by Poplin Digital Solutions, trading as Poplin Digital. This site does not collect accounts or run analytics.
The contact form asks for an organisation, an email address, what you need, and an optional note. That message is sent to hello@poplin.digital so we can reply. If you email that address directly, the correspondence is kept for the same reason, and, if we work together, so the engagement can be run.
We do not sell that information. It is kept for as long as needed to reply and, where we work together, to run and record the engagement. Questions and deletion requests go to hello@poplin.digital.
